OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

("Rules")

This Contest is open to Canadian residents only and is governed by Canadian law.

1. CONTEST PERIOD:

The Wish & Win Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by General Motors of Canada Company ("Sponsor"). Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion may engage certain third parties to administer various aspects of the Contest on its behalf; in these Rules, the term Sponsor includes those third parties. The Contest begins on December 2, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. local time and ends on January 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. local time (the "Contest Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY:

Contest is open to residents of Canada, who: (i) have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry in one of the following three Sponsor-established regions of Canada being BC, AB, SK, MB, YT, NT, NU ("Western"), ON ("Central") and QC, PEI, NB, NS and NL ("Eastern") (collectively the "Regions" and each a "Region" as applicable); and (ii) have a valid unencumbered driver's license in good standing.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

To enter the Contest, you must access, fully complete and submit the official Contest entry form (the "Contest Form") during the Contest Period. To access the Contest Form to enter the Contest (i) visit an authorized Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac dealer in Canada (a "GM Dealer" and collectively, "GM Dealers") during the GM Dealer's applicable open hours during the Contest Period and access the Contest Form through their provided mechanism, or, (ii) if you are the recipient of a promotional popup from the Sponsor on any of the Chevrolet.ca, Buick.ca, GMCCanada.ca, or CadillacCanada.ca websites inviting you to participate in the Contest (the "Popup Offer"), then you may follow the Popup Offer instructions to access the Contest Form during the Contest Period through the applicable mechanism.

To complete and submit the Contest Form you must: (i) signify that you are of or over the legal age of majority in your province/territory of residence, and that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy; (ii) enter your first name, last name, valid email address, valid telephone number, and postal code; and (iii) select your preferred local GM Dealer and submit your completed Contest Form. Upon fully completing and submitting a Contest Form during the Contest Period as set out above, you will be eligible to receive one (1) "Entry" in the Contest.

There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry, which will be referenced using any of the information provided on the Contest Form. Each Entry must be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. Each Entry received will be automatically allocated by the Sponsor to a Region, based on the applicable postal code associated with the Entry, in its sole and absolute discretion.

By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Rules.

4. ENTRY RULES:

If it is discovered by Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that a participant has attempted to submit more than one (1) Entry (regardless of the method of entry), all the participant's contest entry submissions (other than the first) will be disqualified (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). An Entry may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) the Entry is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period.

Further, if it is discovered by Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that a participant has attempted to use multiple names, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) and/or any other means not in keeping with the Sponsor's interpretation of the letter and/or spirit of these Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then such participant may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

The Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, GM Dealers, and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the "Contest Parties") and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for (and have no liability in relation to) any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries, Popup Offer, Contest Forms and/or any other Contest-related information (collectively, "Contest-related Information"), all of which are void. Facsimiles and/or photocopies of an Entry will not be accepted.

5. VERIFICATION:

All Contest-related Information and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor -- including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual's eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Contest-related Information and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the Sponsor's interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the official time-keeping device(s) used by the Sponsor.

6. THE PRIZES, ODDS AND ELIGIBLE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION PROCESS:

Each eligible Entry received in accordance with these Rules will be eligible for a Prize as set out below. Upon receipt of an eligible Entry during the Contest Period, a computer-automated selection system will randomly determine the Prize associated with such Entry, in accordance with the odds of winning set out below.

Each participant will be informed of the applicable Prize that they are eligible to receive on-screen and via their provided email following submission and receipt of their Entry. IMPORTANT NOTE: Being confirmed as the winner of any Prize in the Contest is subject to compliance with the winner confirmation procedure and meeting the additional conditions set forth below in these Rules.

Each prize (a "Prize") available to be won in the Contest consists of a voucher in a minimum amount of $500 CAD (each, a "$500 Voucher Prize") up to $25,000 CAD (excluding the $500 Voucher Prize, collectively, the "$575+ Voucher Prizes"), inclusive of all fees and taxes, as further described below. A total of 164,710 $575+ Voucher Prizes are available to be won at the beginning of the Contest Period, divided per each Region as set out in the table below. The total number of $575+ Voucher Prizes available to be won will decrease as they are claimed in accordance with these Rules. There is no limit to the number of $500 Voucher Prizes that may be awarded in accordance with these Rules. Odds of winning $575+ Voucher Prizes will not be affected by the actual number of Entries received, and will decrease as these Prizes are awarded.

Each Prize is to be used only during the Contest Period towards the purchase or lease of one new eligible Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac vehicle ("Vehicle") selected from a GM Dealer by the confirmed winner (subject to product availability near the winner's location), subject to any exclusions identified in these Rules. Prize may be applied, unless otherwise stated below, to all costs relating to a Vehicle purchase or lease including applicable fees and taxes. The Prizes available in the Contest, and Regional allocation of the Prizes, are set out in the table below.

The confirmed winner of a Prize must accept the Prize and communicate with representative(s) of the applicable GM Dealer to select and purchase/lease a Vehicle within the Contest Period (by January 2, 2026). Prize: 1) will be deducted from the negotiated purchase price after taxes; 2) cannot be applied to past transactions; 3) has no cash surrender or other value. Each Prize must be used in a single transaction (unused value cannot be saved for future use). The confirmed winner of each Prize will, following use of the applicable Prize, be required to provide proof of insurance and valid driver's license at time of Vehicle delivery for the province or territory in which they reside. To be confirmed the winner of a Prize, an eligible winner cannot currently be prohibited from purchasing a Vehicle from a GM Dealer due to past violation of Sponsor sales programs. For the avoidance of doubt, in no case will any cash or other item be awarded to a winner; each Prize consists solely of a voucher towards a Vehicle purchase or lease.

Prize Allocation Table

*Approximate odds and allocation, based on 165,000 estimated Entries. Once all $575+ Voucher Prizes are awarded for each Region, the Prize for every subsequent Entry for such Region will default to a $500 Voucher Prize. For certainty, there is no limit to the number of $500 Voucher Prizes that may be awarded in accordance with these Rules.

The Vehicles depicted in advertising for the Contest will often exceed the Prize value. Winner is responsible for paying all Vehicle costs in excess of the Prize, including all incremental costs of any Vehicle purchase or lease higher than the Prize, and is responsible to pay the licensing, registration, insurance, and all Vehicle maintenance costs including fuel. If the winner purchases or leases a Vehicle having a total transaction value that is less than their Prize amount, then the winner will not be awarded the cash equivalent of the difference under any circumstances.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Prize voucher (and, as applicable, to winner's Vehicle of choice to which the Prize voucher will be credited):

1. voucher must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion);
2. no substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor's option;
3. Sponsor reserves the right at any time to substitute the voucher for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Sponsor's sole discretion, a cash award;
4. colour and other specifics of the Vehicle will be subject to availability;
5. manufacturer's standard warranty, if any, applies to the Vehicle;
6. upon notification, the winner will be required to personally take delivery of the Vehicle from a dealership or other location within Canada reasonably close to his/her place of residence in Canada as determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, and will be required to present adequate personal identification (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor -- including, without limitation, government issued photo identification);
7. Vehicle will not be released unless and until the Prize winner first shows proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) of having a valid and unencumbered driver's license (equivalent to a full "G" class license in Ontario) in the province/territory in which the winner resides and proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) of satisfactory insurance; and
8. confirmed winner is solely responsible for all expenses that are not included in the Prize description above -- including, but not limited to, registration and license fees, insurance, accessories and all other costs associated with: (a) any amount in excess of the Prize amount; (b) obtaining a valid driver's license, license plates, registration, insurance and/or fuel; and/or (c) taking delivery of the Vehicle.

Each Prize will not be awarded to the eligible winner unless the eligible winner successfully completes the winner confirmation process set out in Section 9 herein.

None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the Prizes awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsor or any of the other Released Parties should their Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, by accepting a Prize, each confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties if the Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.

7. ELIGIBLE WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THEY COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES. BEFORE BEING DECLARED A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, each eligible winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered at the applicable GM Dealer, on the Contest Form or by other electronic means, or as applicable in the Sponsor's form of declaration and release).

By accepting a Prize, each applicable winner hereby:

1. confirms that they have read, understood and are in compliance with these Rules;
2. grants all consents required, and authorizes the Sponsor to publish, reproduce and/or otherwise use their name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness in perpetuity throughout the world without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet;
3. accepts the applicable Prize as awarded;
4. releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the applicable Prize or any portion thereof; and
5. agrees to indemnify the Released Parties against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use in accordance with these Rules of their Entry or any portion(s) thereof.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Sponsor may require, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an eligible winner sign and return the Sponsor's form of declaration and release prior to being confirmed as a winner.

If an eligible winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents, including the release as applicable, within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then the eligible winner will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to choose not to award such Prizes or to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining applicable eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR'S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME.

If due to printing, production, online, internet, computer or other error of any kind, more Prizes are claimed than intended to be distributed or awarded according to these Rules (at any prizing level), then, in addition to having the right to terminate the Contest immediately, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to conduct a random drawing from amongst all eligible Prize claimants whose claims have not yet been redeemed to award the correct number of Prizes at the applicable prizing level (as stated in these Rules). The Prizes at any level may stop being awarded in the event Sponsor becomes aware of such an error. In no event will the Sponsor be liable to award more than the number of Prizes (at any prizing level), as provided in these Rules.

The Released Parties will not be liable for:

1. any failure of any website, platform or device during the Contest;
2. any malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software;
3. the failure of any Contest-related Information and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website;
4. any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest;
5. anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; and/or
6. any combination of the above.

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deem the Entry to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted on the Contest Form at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. An entrant may be required to provide proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor -- including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that the entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Entry in question.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.

By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy (available at: https://www.gm.ca/privacy). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, the French version of these Rules, point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of the Sponsor, the terms and conditions of these English Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Sponsor or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to this Contest.
